the question on the hill today with both the Chairman
and ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee
saying troops are reaching a breaking point, especially
the reserves.
In countries where the military is used as primarily as an instrument of national defense, they might ask a significantly different question given similiar circumstances: is the Army being ordered to do too much?
